Zahra Investments Ltd is an owner, developer and manager of commercial and residential properties serving the tri-state area. Our projects include state-of-the-art commercial retail, food service, and office spaces as well as residential properties. Established in 2001, Zahra Investments has expanded its operations and portfolio to include an ever-growing number of properties and subordinate organizations. Our corporate offices are located in the historic Talbott Tower, in downtown Dayton, Ohio from which we maintain consistent and coordinated management over our portfolio properties.

Principals
Javad Adinehzadeh
Javad Adinehzadeh immigrated to the United States as a teenager. He received his Bachelor of Science and moved to Dayton, Ohio to complete his MS in Electrical Engineering from the University of Dayton. He left his job as a Chief Engineering Executive in 1984 to continue his doctorate work as well as to embark on a successful career in real estate development. For three years he grew his initial commercial real estate portfolio and in 1987 organized his first real estate development company. His business model was simple and effective: purchase distressed multi-family properties and commercial properties, developed a plan to rejuvenate and improve them, then to rent them to the community at a fair price. Where other landlords sold properties for a quick profit, his plan not only improved the properties, but was, by design, renovated to enhance the community in which they served, with a focus on safe and affordable housing, successful economic development, and job creation.
An original founder of Zahra Investments, the company expanded beyond its Dayton roots to surrounding towns and counties. With every addition to the portfolio, success is based not only on sound business principles and a healthy bottom line but on how the property fulfills the overall mission of the company: to provide safe and affordable housing to our residents and commercial tenants; to invest in the life of our community, and to combat the forces that bring harm and blight to the people whom we love and serve.
Pedram Salajegheh
Pedram Salajegheh, an accomplished Civil Engineer and former associate professor of engineering, immigrated to the United States and upon the completion of his second master’s degree, in Civil Engineering Management from the University of Dayton, joined Zahra Investments as its managing member. With a strong background as an engineer and developer, Pedram brought a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to the company as he oversaw multimillion-dollar design and renovation of both residential and commercial properties. Pedram brings a goal of an inclusive, well-organized and structured organization that is equipped to manage any number of operations or properties. His leadership typifies a holistic vision for the company, employees, and customers alike which maximizes customer service while equipping the company with proven systems to repeat success after success.
Under his leadership, Zahra has expanded its portfolio to Greene and Warren Counties.
